Duffy Creek Ranch
Strevell, Idaho – 4,960 Acres
The Duffy Creek Ranch is a 4,960-acre block of productive spring, summer and fall grazing land with capacity for about 500 cow-calf pairs. The Ranch has new perimeter and cross fences as well as shared working corrals and a loading chute. It is divided into 10 well-designed pastures allowing efficient resource management. Over 10 miles of gravity-fed pipeline and 16 troughs ensures that the cattle are never far from water.
This land straddles the Utah-Idaho border at the old town site of Strevell, Idaho. It stretches from the foothills of Utah’s Raft River Mountains on the south then across Kelton Pass to the foothills of Idaho’s Black Pine Mountains on the north. The Ranch enjoys excellent access from Idaho Highway 81 and Utah Highway 42 which bisect the place from north to south as well as county roads both to the east and west.
Here is a solid opportunity to add improved grazing land with good stock water and fences to enlarge or supplement a current cattle operation.
